No-Show/Missed Appointments and Late Cancellation Policy

 

We appreciate your patronage and kindly request that you adhere to our Scheduling Policy. We have dedicated this specific time slot for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to show up or cancel in time will result in a $25.00 fee added to your bill for the missed appointment.
